Reporting Problems with Service

Our Network Operations Center allows Business, Enterprise and Carrier Customers to report problems 24/7. If you have an emergency service issue outside of our normal business hours, please call 1-800-813-3880. Problems reported via e-mail outside of normal business hours will be responded to the following business day.

For those customers wishing to disconnect service from Tel West, please do so in writing a minimum of 30 days in advance, in accordance with your Service Agreement. All requests should be mailed to the following address:
